Goltsev Stanislav Sergeevich has been working in Penats Restaurant since 2016 (2016-2019 as a waiter).
Due to the atmosphere of the restaurant he developed a keen and unabated interest in wine culture and was assigned to the position of a sommelier in autumn 2019.
As the world of wine is quite rich and dynamic Stanislav regularly attends wine tasting events and theoretical classes to keep up with the latest trends and wine novelties. He considers wine ethics and aesthetics as his greatest passion and essential part of his life.
While working as a sommelier Stanislav received advanced professional training. In the beginning of 2020 he passed WSET second category ( Wine&Spirit Education Trust) with honors.
